  1. Pravila
  2. Regata bo potekala po pravilih, kot so definirana v Jadralnih regatnih pravilih.
  3. Veljali bodo naslednji predpisi Jadralne zveze Slovenije:
    - Pravila za odprte razrede regatno-potovalnih jadrnic pri JZS,
    - Pravilnik o reklamiranju,
    - Pravilnik o registracijah in prestopih tekmovalcev,
    - Tekmovalni pravilnik in pogoji za organizacijo regat za Pokal Slovenije
  4. Če so med jeziki pomenske razlike, bo odločilno slovensko besedilo.

 
  1. Rules
  2. The race will be governed by the rules as defined in The Racing Rules of Sailing.
  3. The following prescriptions of Slovenian Sailing Federation will apply.
    - Pravila za odprte razrede regatno-potovalnih jadrnic pri JZS,
    - Pravilnik o reklamiranju,
    - Pravilnik o registracijah in prestopih tekmovalcev,
    - Tekmovalni pravilnik in pogoji za organizacijo regat za Pokal Slovenije
  4. If there is a conflict between languages the Slovene text will take precedence.

 
  1. Oglaševanje
  2. Velja ISAF Predpis o oglaševanju.
  3. Vse jadrnice, ki izobešajo reklame po lastni izbiri, morajo ob prijavi predložiti Potrdilo o oglaševanju, ki ga je izdala Jadralna zveza Slovenije.
  4. Organizator lahko zahteva od tekmovalcev, da izobesijo sponzorsko zastavo in/ali nalepko pokrovitelja regate na obeh straneh premca.

 
  1. Advertising
  2. The ISAF Advertising Code will apply.
  3. All boats, with their own advertising shall show the Advertising certificate, issued from Slovenian Sailing Federation or other National Authority.
  4. Organizing authority may ask competitors to display a sponsor flag and/or advertising stickers of the event sponsor on both side of the bow.

 
  1. Primernost in prijava
  2. Regata za pokal JK Veter je odprta za vse jadrnice odprtih razredov in razreda ORC-club.
  3. Pravico nastopanja imajo vse jadrnice, ki so registrirane pri JZS oz. pri kateri koli drugi nacionalni zvezi.
  4. Vsi krmarji ter vsaj 60% posadke (vštevši krmarja) morajo ob prijavi predložiti veljavno verifikacijsko izkaznico JZS ali katere druge nacionalne zveze.
  5. Jadrnice razreda ORC-club morajo imeti veljaven ORC certifikat za leto 2009.
  6. Primerne jadrnice morajo oddati izpolnjeno prijavnico:

    - po faksu:              + 386 5 6275 702
    - po pošti:               s priporočeno pošiljko
    najkasneje do petka 17. aprila 2009.
  7. Pozne prijave bodo sprejete ob plačilu pozne, višje štartnine.
  8. Zadnji rok za prijavo ter plačilo štartnine je v soboto 18. aprila 2009 do 10:00.

 
  1. Eligibility and entry
  2. Sailing Club Veter Cup is open for all boats from open classes and ORC-club class.
  3. All boats registered by the Slovenian Sailing Federation or any other National Authority can enter the event.
  4. All skippers and at least 60% of the crew including skipper shall be members of Slovenian Sailing Federation or any other National Authority..
  5. ORC-club boats must have a valid ORC certificate for year 2009.
  6. Eligible boats may enter by completing the entry form and sending it

    no later than Friday 17th 2009.
  7. Late entries will be charged with an extra late higher entry fee.
  8. The fully completed entry form should be received not later than Saturday April 18th 2009 until 10:00.

  2. Jadrnice odprtih razredov bodo glede na njihovo dolžino razvrščene v sledeče razrede skladno s Pravili za odprte razrede regatno-potovalnih jadrnic pri JZS.

  2. Boats will be classified into classes based on lenght over all (LOA) and Open Class Rules of Slovenian Sailing Federation.

  3. Vse jadrnice, ki se prijavijo do petka 17. aprila, bodo sprejete ob plačilu štartnine, jadrnice, ki se bodo prijavile soboto 18. aprila bodo sprejete ob plačilu pozne štartnine.
  4. V ceno štartnine je vključen en bon za večerno pogostitev. Dodatne bone za večerno pogostitev bo možno kupiti ob potrditvi prijave.
  5. Plačilo se lahko opravi ob registraciji v gotovini.

  3. Yachts, which will send their entry form until Friday 17th April 2009 will be charged normal entry fee. Yachts, which will enter the event on Saturday 18th April 2009 will be charged late entry fee.
  4. Entry fee include one dinner ticket. Additional dinner tickets will be available at on-site registrations.
  5. Payments can be made at registration by cash only.

  1. Meritve
  2. Vsaka jadrnica razreda ORC-club mora dostaviti veljaven certifikat o meritvah najkasneje do konca prijav, ki je 18. aprila 2009 ob 10:00.
  3. Organizatorji lahko premerijo ali preverijo katerokoli jadrnico in/ali njeno opremo in jadra pred, med ali po regati.

 
  1. Measurement
  2. Each ORC-club boat shall produce a valid measurement certificate before the close of registration on April 18th 2009 at 10:00.
  3. The Organizers may measure or inspect any boat and or her equipment and sails before, during or after the races.

 
  1. Regatna navodila
    Regatna navodila bodo na voljo ob potrditvi prijave in plačilu štartnine v regatni pisarni.

 
  1. Sailing instructions
    The sailing instructions will be available on on-site registration in the Race office.

 
  1. Kraj prireditve
    Na prilogi A je prikazana lokacija regatnega polja.

    Uporabljena bo privetrno – zavetrna proga z zavetrnimi vrati in navigacijskim delom.

 
  1. The courses
    The course shall be Windward – Leeward course with leeward gate and navigational part.

 
  1. Sistem kaznovanja
    Pravilo 44.1 se spremeni tako, da se kazen z dvema obratoma zamenja s kaznijo enega obrata.

 
  1. Penalty System
    Rule 44.1 is changed so that the Two-Turns Penalty is replaced by the One-Turn Penalty.

 
  1. Točkovanje
  2. Predviden je en plov in regata bo veljavna, če bo le ta končan .
  3. Izračun korigiranega časa v razredu ORC-Club bo opravljen po sistemu Offshore Performance Line.

 
  1. Scoring
  2. One race is planned and the regatta is valid, if this race will be finished
  3. ORC-Club corrected time will be calculated by Offshore Performance Line System.

 
  1. radijske zveze
  2. Jadrnica med tekmovanjem ne sme oddajati radijskih signalov niti sprejemati nobenih radijskih sporočil, ki niso dosegljiva vsem jadrnicam. Ta omejitev veljat tudi za mobilne telefone.
  3. Med štartno proceduro, dodatno k zvočnim in vidnim signalom, lahko regatni odbor uporabi VHF kanal 69 za sporočanje številk na jadru ali premcu jadrnic, ki so bile OCS. Uporaba VHF zveze oz. napaka pri oddaji s strani Regatnega odbora, se ne bo smatrala kot veljaven razlog za protest ali zahtevek za nadomestilo v nobenem primeru.

 
  1. radio communication
  2. A boat shall neither make radio transmissions while racing nor receive radio communications not available to all boats. This restriction also applies to mobile telephones.
  3. During the starting procedure, in addition to sound and flag signals, the Race Committee may use VHF channel 69 to call out OCS sail numbers or bow numbers. The use of VHF radio communication or failure to do so, by the Race Committee shall not be considered a valid reason for protest or request of redress in any case.

 
  1. Nagrade
  2. Nagrajene bodo:
    - prve tri jadrnice v konkurenci odprtih razredov,
    - prve tri jadrnice v konkurenci ORC-Club,
    - prva jadrnica, če so prijavljene do tri jadrnice v posameznem razredu,
    - prvi dve jadrnici, če je prijavljenih od štiri do šest jadrnic v posameznem razredu,
    - prve tri jadrnice, če je prijavljenih sedem ali več jadrnic v posameznem razredu,
  3. Podelitev nagrad bo v soboto zvečer na pogostitvi vseh udeležencev v Hotelu Riviera – Srednja gostinska in turistična šola Izola.

 
  1. Prizes
  2. Prizes will be awarded to:
    - first three boats in the Open category,
    - first three boat in the ORC-Club category,
    - first boat, if there are up to three boats in the class,
    - first two boats, if there are from four to six boats in class,
    - first three boats, if there are seven or more boats in class.
  3. Prize giving ceremony will take place on Saturday evening in Hotel Riviera – Srednja gostinska in turistična šola Izola.

 
  1. Odklonitev odgovornosti
    Tekmovalci v celoti sodelujejo na lastno odgovornost. Glej pravilo 4, Odločitev za tekmovanje. Organizator ne prevzema nobene odgovornosti za materialno škodo ali telesne poškodbe ali smrt, ki bi nastali v kakršnikoli zvezi z regato, bodisi pred regato, med njo ali po regati.

 
  1. Disclaimer of liability
    Competitors participate in the regatta entirely at their own risk. See rule 4, Decision to Race. The Organizing Authority will not accept any liability for material damage or personal injury or death sustained in conjunction with or prior to, during, or after the regatta.

 
  1. Zavarovanje
    Vsaka sodelujoča jadrnica mora biti obvezno zavarovana za odgovornost do tretjih. Potrdilo o zavarovanju mora biti na vpogled pri prijavi.

 
  1. Insurance
    Each participating boat shall be insured with valid third-party liability insurance. Proof of insurance shall be provided upon registration.
